Entity: Future Engine LLC ("Future Engine," "we," "us," or "our") operates Mr. Roast ("App").

1. Overview

This Policy explains how we collect and use information when you use the App. By installing or using Mr. Roast, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Info: Email address and name if you create an account.
  • Usage Data: Interactions, session length, and error logs.
  • Device Data: Model, OS version, and performance metrics.
  • Purchases: Handled by Apple In-App Purchase; we do not store payment data.
  • Analytics: Anonymous metrics to improve performance.

We do not track your location, contacts, microphone, or photo library.

3. Image and Text Processing

Images and text you submit are transmitted directly from your device to the Gemini API to generate your roast.

  • •Future Engine LLC does not store, retain, or access these uploads
  • •If you exit the roast player before exporting a video, temporary cache data is deleted
  • •Rendered videos remain local to your device; we never upload or store them

5. Information Sharing

We only share limited data with:

We keep account and analytics data only as long as necessary. Uploads are ephemeral—automatically deleted after processing.

We use encryption and restricted access to protect information. No system is 100% secure.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed on servers in the U.S. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

We may update this Policy and will post a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use means acceptance.
